On December 19, 2024, IFSCA has approved the proposal of modifications of IFSCA (Fund Management) Regulations, 2022 and to notify the reviewed Regulations to usher the ease of doing business. The proposal for review of the Regulations is based on the experience gained and feedback received from market participants.
