Central Ware Housing Corporation retains India Juris for advising on CFS

Central Ware Housing Corporation “CWC” (a Govt. of India undertaking) retains India Juris for providing legal services in relation to Construction, development, operation and maintenance of Container Freight Station “CFS” in Udyogmandal, Kochi Kerala. Land for the project is to be provided by Fertilisers and Chemicals Travancore Limited, a PSU in Kerala and CFS to be developed and operated by CWC. The scope of work also included the advise on transfer of asset on expiry of land lease.
