Empanelment with Avionics Division, HAL

We are glad to share that India Juris has been empaneled and engaged by Avionics Division, Hindustan Aeronautics Limited for a period of 2 years. The engagement would involved Legal opinions, Vetting & Drafting of Notices/Replies/Agreements pertaining to International Contracts/Agreements, NDAs, MOUs, ToT agreements etc.

The engagement will be led by Mr. Sameer Rastogi, Managing Partner from New Delhi.
