IJ acted as legal counsel to the investor in connection with its Pre-Series A investment in Rotoris.

Rotoris, an Indian watchmaking brand, has raised $3 million in funding ahead of its launch in January 2026. The funding round saw participation from Venture Catalysts, 100 Unicorns, Nikhil Kamath, Vivek Anand Oberoi, Tanmay Bhat, along with more than 30 founders across consumer brands in India.

Co-founded by Aakash Anand, who previously built Bella Vita Perfumes, along with Prerna Gupta and founding partners Anant Narula and Kunal Kapania, Rotoris plans to introduce five collections — Auriqua, Monarch, Astonia, Arvion, and Manifesta. The company plans to open the Rotoris Experience Store in New Delhi, designed as an engineering-inspired space to showcase watchmaking craftsmanship and build a community around watch culture.

India Juris acted as legal counsel to Venture Catalysts and 100 Unicorns in this investment, advising on the term sheet, legal due diligence report and definitive agreements for the transaction.

The Deal was handled and led by the India Juris, Gurugram and Mumbai team. For more details Read More.
