H2 Carbon Zero, a deep-tech company manufacturing modular, stackable hydrogen fuel-cell systems for stationary power generation, has raised US$850,000 in a seed round led by Venture Catalysts.

The fresh capital will be used to set up India’s first gigawatt-scale hydrogen fuel cell factory, expand the engineering and operations teams, and carry out field trials with early customers in sectors such as telecom towers, construction, and defence.

India Juris acted as legal counsel to Venture Catalysts in this investment, advising on the due diligence, term sheet, and definitive agreements for the transaction.
