Beyond Renewables & Recycling, a climate-tech startup focused on sustainable and high-value solar-panel recycling, has raised INR 5 crore in a pre-seed funding round led by Momentum Capital, with participation from Venture Catalysts and others.
The funds will be used to accelerate the development of its proprietary recycling technology, expand its solar-waste supply chain, and scale operations across India’s rapidly growing solar recycling market.
India Juris acted as legal counsel to Venture Catalysts in this investment, advising on the term sheet, legal due diligence report and definitive agreements for the transaction.
