Vama, a faith-tech platform offering online access to temples, spiritual content, and astrology consultations, has raised INR 22 crore in a Pre-Series A funding round, with participation from Venture Catalysts, Sadev Ventures and others.

The funds will be used to expand Vama’s presence into offline spiritual tourism, enhance its technology platform, and strengthen its partnerships with temples and religious institutions across India.

India Juris acted as legal counsel to Venture Catalysts in this investment, advising on the term sheet, and definitive agreements for the transaction.
