IJ advised Investor in $5 mn round in SpaceFields

SpaceFields, a deeptech startup specializing in advanced rocket propulsion and solid fuel systems, has raised US $5 million in a pre-Series A round from Venture Catalysts and other investors.

The fresh funds will be used to expand manufacturing, boost R&D, and enhance engineering and operations for developing indigenous aerospace and defence propulsion technologies.

India Juris acted as legal counsel to Venture Catalysts in this investment, advising on the due diligence, term sheet, and definitive agreements for the transaction.
