IJ advises, a UK technology Co. on ESOP for Indian subsidiary

India Juris has been retained by UK based technology company to assist and advise on implementation and operation of ESOP of the parent company to the employees of Indian subsidiary.

The scope of work involved advisory on drafting of plan, foreign exchange law issues, esop taxation from Indian employee and UK company point of view, reporting and filings in India and valuation.

The matter was handled by the IJ team at New Delhi office.
