India Juris advised Rapid Retail, in a transaction for opening of 100 Mega Store outlets through out India.

The Scope of work involves drafting of Mega Store Master Agreement in order to facilitate Rapid Retail to establish franchise network for a leading ayurveda company. The transaction was led by the corporate team of IJ under guidance of Mr. Sameer Rastogi, Managing Partner at India Juris.
