In $4 million, series A funding of CoRover AI, India Juris acts as Legal Counsel to lead Investor

India Juris acted as Legal Counsel to the lead investor, Venture Catalysts, in a $4 million (about Rs 33 crore) series A funding of CoRover AI, maker of BharatGPT .  Other investors included CanBank Venture Capital Fund, IIM Calcutta (Innovation Park), IIIT Delhi (iHub Anubhuti IIITD Foundation), Cogniphy LLC, Karekeba Ventures and Lead Angels.

 

The transaction was led by India Juris, Mumbai.
