Kitchenware brand P-Tal, which sells handcrafted copper, brass, and bronze products, has raised $3 million in a round led by VC Grid and Zerodha founder Nithin Kamath’s Rainmatter. The company will use the funds to deepen its presence in the US market, expand into Europe, the UK, and the Middle East, and strengthen R&D to launch new products tailored for different geographies.

India Juris acted as legal counsel to VC Grid in this investment, advising on the definitive agreements and preparing the legal due diligence report for the transaction.
