India Juris advised Israel based Indolive Limited in Agri-Business sector

Indolive Limited is an Israel based company having expertise in plantation and development of Olive in various conditions. Indolive had entered into a joint venture with Rajasthan Government and formed a JV company Rajasthan Olive Cultivation Limited.

Indolive hired India Juris to represent it in resolution of some disputes in the JV and advising on certain corporate legal issues.
