India Juris advises Asian Development Bank

The Asian Development Bank “ADB” is a regional development bank established in 1966 to facilitate economic development of countries in Asia. ADB is head quartered at Philippines. ADB engaged India Juris in advising on corporate and commercial transaction and conducting due diligence from lenders point of view, of three wind power projects located in India in the state of Gujarat and Tamil Nadu. The transaction involved great understanding of renewable energy sector and wind power legally and technically. India Juris also advised ADB on Certified Emission Reductions Purchase Agreement.The project was completed to the satisfaction of the client.
