India Juris acted as the legal counsel for We Founder Circle Global Angels Fund in its $1.5 million investment in Astrome Technologies Pvt Ltd, a Bengaluru-based satellite communications company. The investment was structured through Series B Compulsorily Convertible Preference Shares (CCPS) as part of its Series B funding round and was executed through GIFT City.

Astrome Technologies is a pioneering company specializing in satellite communications and advanced wireless systems, addressing connectivity challenges in underserved and remote regions. The company has developed “Gbps from Space” technology and millimeter-wave wireless products, offering high-speed and cost-effective internet solutions. Its flagship product, GigaMesh, provides affordable backhaul for 4G and 5G networks, reducing infrastructure costs for telecom and broadband providers.

Recognized by the European Space Agency and ISRO, Astrome is at the forefront of next-generation satellite and wireless communication technology.
