India Juris has been retained by IRCON to represent it in a dispute resolution matter between IRCON & New Mangalore Port Road Company Limited (NMPRCL) for the work widening to four lane and strengthening of existing two lane carriageway of NH- 17 (new NH-66) from Surathkal to Nantoor (km. 358/000 to km.375/300), NH-48 (new NH-73) from Padil to B.C. road (km. 328/000 to km.345/000) and bypass from Nantoor to Padil (km.0/000 to km.3/172).in Karnataka
