PICC is the largest Insurance company of China. India Juris is advising and providing legal services to PICC in relation to litigation / arbitration to recover the money from a Cargo Transport company in India for damage of the goods supplied by an Electric Corporation, based in China to BGR Energy. PICC has insured the said Electric Corporation for the said goods. The claim amount was around USD 2.75 mn.
