AI commerce startup 1BUY.AI raised INR 32.5 Cr in its seed funding round led by 100Unicorns, where IJ represented 100Unicorns.

IJ acted as legal counsel to the investor in this transaction, advising on the term sheet, conducting legal due diligence, and assisting with the drafting, negotiation, and finalization of the definitive agreements.
