Sameer Rastogi “SR”, managing partner, represents Indian Bank before National Company Law Appellate Tribunal against appeal filed by corporate debtor Athena Demwe.

Earlier, SR has represented Indian Bank before NCLT in getting the section 7, petition admitted.
