US based mining Co. retains India Juris for dispute resolution

US based mining company having mining operations in Tajikistan have retained India Juris to represent it in a dispute resolution with a mineral importing party in India.

Firm was successful in settling the matter in favour of mining company (Client). The matter was dealt by litigation team at New Delhi office. Dinesh Sabharwal and Sameer Rastogi were the partners involved in the matter.
