India Juris “IJ” advised Venture Catalysts in their investment in Mumbai-based vPhrase Analytics Solutions Pvt Ltd. vPhrase runs an artificial intelligence-based data analytics platform and helps businesses make their reports easier to comprehend. vPhrase’s patent-applied platform, Phrazor, analyses data, derives insights and then communicates those insights, in words, in multiple languages.
Scope of IJ work included drafting of Term Sheet and Shareholders Agreement. The transaction was led by corporate team of the firm in guidance of Sameer Rastogi, Partner.
