In pre-seed round of Meine Electric, IJ represented investors

Meine Electric, a Chennai-based deeptech energy storage startup developing iron-air long-duration energy storage (LDES) systems, has raised $750,000 (approximately ₹6.7 crore) in a pre-seed funding round led by Venture Catalysts, with participation from gradCapital, AIC-AU Incubation Foundation and a group of angel investors.

Founded in 2023 by Priyansh Mohan and Stuti Kakkar, Meine Electric is focused on building 16–24 hour storage batteries to enable round-the-clock renewable energy usage.

India Juris acted as legal counsel to Venture Catalysts in this investment, advising on the term sheet, legal due diligence report and definitive agreements for the transaction.
