In USD 1.5 million funding round of Cosmofeed, India Juris represented Investors.

Cosmofeed, a Gurgaon-based content monetization and consumption platform, has announced that it has raised USD 1.5 million in seed funding round co-led by growx ventures, Waveform Ventures, & 9 Unicorns with participation from Singapore-based investment holding company Silk Bridge Partners (SBP).

Founded in September 2021 by Yadav and Vishnu Pathak, the Gurgaon-based Cosmofeed allows creators to build groups and manage or host online events through its app.

India Juris acted as legal counsel to 9 Unicorns in this investment, advising on transaction and related documentation.
