India Juris gets CIRP of Angle Infrastructure admitted

India Juris represented Krrish Florence Estate Buyer’s Welfare Association (KFEBWA), Home Buyer’s association of Krrish Florence project situated at Sector 70, Gurugram. The application under section 7 was drafted & filed by India Juris before Hon’ble NCLT, New Delhi. India Juris successfully litigated the matter before NCLT & NCLAT and finally got the CIRP initiated vide order dated 19-12-2024, against the corporate debtor Angle Infrastructure Private Limited.

India Juris is further assisting the Home Buyer’s Association in the ongoing process.

The litigation before NCLT & NCLAT was handled by New Delhi office led by Mr. Sameer Rastogi, Managing Partner.
