IJ advises Headstream, USA, in acquisition of Indian company

India Juris is assisting Headstream LLC, USA in acquiring Indian company including IPRs.

The scope of work includes guidance on acquisition of Indian Company, due diligence, assistance on valuation, transfer of shares, drafting of Share Purchase Agreement and assignment of IPRs. The transaction is led by the corporate team of IJ under guidance of Mr. Sameer Rastogi, Managing Partner.
