India Juris represents State Bank of India in application under section 7 of IBC for Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process of Garg Inox Limited before NCLT, Delhi. The debtor was in default of around Rs.185 Crores. The petition was admitted on 25 July 2017 and IRP was appointed. For NCLT order please click here.
