LightFury Games, a Bengaluru based gaming studio, has raised USD 11 million in its pre-Series A funding round by Blume Ventures, V3 Ventures, MIXI, and Times Internet with participation from Venture Catalysts, Indian Angel Network, Kae Capital and others.
Founded in 2024 by Karan Shroff, along with Anurag Banerjee, and Tina Balachandran, LightFury Games is a AAA-focused gaming studio building AI-powered gaming experiences.
India Juris acted as legal counsel to Venture Catalysts in this investment, advising on transaction and related documentation.
