The Scope of work involves guidance on FCGPR & Advance Reporting with RBI and filing of relevant forms with MCA for investment transaction made by way of right issue.The transaction was led by the corporate team of IJ under guidance of Mr. Sameer Rastogi, Managing Partner at India Juris.
