Investment in LendenClub advised by India Juris

India Juris advised angel investment round by Venture Catalysts in peer-to-peer lending platform LenDenClub. The LendenClub connects salaried borrowers to individual lenders which uses a combination of traditional and non-traditional data points to validate credit-worthiness of borrowers. The investment was in news recently.

The scope of work included structuring and drafting investment related documents including Term Sheet and Shareholders Agreement. The transaction was concluded by corporate and private equity team of the firm headed by Partner, Sameer Rastogi.
