ConfirmTKT is a Train ticket discovery platform. India Juris has advised and assisted Venture Catalysts on investment transaction in ConfirmTKT. The scope of work included structuring and drafting investment related documents including Term Sheet and Shareholders Agreement.
The transaction was concluded by corporate and private equity team of the firm headed by Partner, Sameer Rastogi.
