In USD 2.5 million funding round of RevRag.AI, India Juris represented Venture Catalysts.
RevRag.AI, an agentic AI startup focused on the financial services sector, has raised USD 2.5 million in a seed funding round to accelerate product development, strengthen its AI capabilities and support its expansion into the US market. The funding round was led by Accion Ventures, with participation from Cedar Hill Capital, Wyser and Venture Catalysts.
RevRag.AI develops autonomous AI agents that function as virtual relationship managers within financial institutions’ applications, helping banks, insurers and fintech companies streamline customer onboarding, automate product sales and enhance customer engagement.
India Juris acted as legal counsel to Venture Catalysts in this investment, advising on the transaction and related documentation.
