India Juris assisted the promoters of Protech from start to end in the acquisition of Roorkee, India based pharma company Alchemy Medicine Pvt Ltd. The transaction was complex which involved conversion of partnership into company and then acquisition. The scope of work included due diligence, corporate and foreign exchange law advise, advise on capital gain tax, shareholders agreements and various other side letters, transfer of registrations and approvals etc.
The transaction was successfully completed to the satisfaction of the client.
