India Juris assisted the Protech in acquisition of majority stakes in Chandigarh, India based pharma company Saitech Medicare Pvt Ltd. The complex transaction involved due diligence, corporate law advise, advise on capital gain tax, shareholders agreements and various other side letters, transfer of registrations and approvals etc.
The transaction was successfully completed to the satisfaction of the client.
