In the USD 7 million Series A funding round of Sunfox Technologies, India Juris represented Venture Catalysts.
Sunfox Technologies, which began as a research and development venture in Uttarakhand in 2016, has raised USD 7 million in its largest funding round to date. Founded by Rajat Jain and Arpit Jain, the company will utilise the funds to expand across India, strengthen its global go-to-market capabilities and increase investment in research and development.
India Juris acted as legal counsel to Sunfox Technologies in this investment, advising on the transaction and related documentation.
