IJ represents Hero Steels Ltd. at NCLAT in petition u/s 9 of IBC

India Juris represents Hero Steels Limited in reply to appeal filed by Rolex Cycles Private Limited under section 61 of IBC before NCLAT, Delhi. The appeal was filed against the order dated 13th July 2017 of NCLT, Chandigarh admitting the petition under section 9 of IBC. The Corporate Debtor was in default of around Rs.249 Crores. The appeal was dismissed on 6th November 2017.

The matter was handled by the Delhi Team and argued by Mr. Sameer Rastogi, Managing Partner.
