India Juris advised L-Incubator, IIM Lucknow, Noida Campus in the structuring of incubator and developing L-Incubator legal framework and policies.
The scope of work involves incubator structuring, guidance on investment transactions, selection of Start-ups, drafting of Term Sheet and Share Subscription and Shareholders Agreement and other legal and corporate matters.
The matter is led by the corporate team of IJ under guidance of Mr. Sameer Rastogi, Managing Partner.
