For the acquisition of CirclePe by Crib, India Juris acted as legal counsel to Venture Catalysts
Crib, a proptech startup founded by Ms. Santosh Gupta and Mr. Sunny Garg in 2021, has acquired Venture Catalysts-backed CirclePe. Crib being a rent financing platform, marking an expansion of its offerings in the property management ecosystem.
Following the acquisition, tenants moving into properties managed by Crib will be able to access CirclePe’s financing solutions. Crib operates in the growing property management sector, alongside players such as NoBroker, RentOk, and ManagR.
India Juris acted as legal counsel to Venture Catalysts for the acquisition, advising on transaction, and related documentation.
