India Juris represented Venture Catalysts in its Pee Safe exit

30 July 2026

Venture Catalysts has announced its full exit from Pee Safe, delivering a 9.60x return and an XIRR of 30.53%. The exit was facilitated through the secondary component of Pee Safe’s USD 32 million funding round led by OrbiMed, which enabled liquidity for early investors.

Founded in 2013 by Vikas Bagaria and Srijana Bagaria, Pee Safe is a leading personal hygiene and wellness brand offering products including toilet seat sanitizers, sanitary pads, menstrual cups, intimate washes, and grooming products. Venture Catalysts had first invested in the company in 2017 and completed its exit in January 2026.

India Juris acted as legal counsel to Venture Catalysts in connection with the exit transaction, advising on the transaction and related documentation.

The transaction was handled and led by the India Juris, Gurugram and Mumbai team. For more details, Read more.
