India Juris advised angel investment round by Venture Catalysts in peer-to-peer lending platform Coutloot. The Coutloot is engaged in the business of Fashion Re-commerce service.

The scope of work included structuring and drafting investment related documents including Term Sheet and Shareholders Agreement. The transaction was concluded by corporate and private equity team of the firm headed by Partner, Sameer Rastogi.
