Ashish Mishra has diverse experience of more than 20 years in Real Estate legal practice with an expertise in Criminal Litigation. As a complete legal professional for real estate sector, he has been advising and assisting large real estate clients on various aspects including following:
- Land Acquisition in Gurgaon, Sohna, Faridabad, Delhi & other parts of India by conducting due diligence of Land Records for the Company and ensuring that project is approved with in time by co-coordinating with concerned revenue and other authorities like HUDA, CTP, NOIDA, MCD.
- Environmental legal advisory and approval from concerned authorities.
- Title Search Reports, due diligence of large land parcels and land aggregation support
- Drafting and vetting of various agreements such as: Construction Contracts & Sub-Contracts, Non-Disclosure Agreements, Supply & Services Agreements, Joint Venture Agreements, O&M Contracts and Equipment Leasing / Working Capital Loan Documents, Contractual risk evaluation at Tendering stage and recommend mitigation measures, Independently strategize, negotiate, and finalize agreements with counter parties; Initiate / defend and pursue Legal Proceedings including briefing external Legal Counsels, prepare Case for Opinions, settling Plaints, Written Statements, Writ Petitions etc.,
- Notices and Replies to Notices, dealing with NI Act, IBC and RERA matters
- Handling labor related cases of the Client before competent authorities.
- Tripartite Agreement with Bank, Permission to Mortgage, sale deed, lease deed etc. and get them registered before competent authorities, JV, Joint Development Agreement, Revenue Sharing agreements etc.

Since 2003, he has appeared before various High Courts including Lucknow Bench of Hon’ble High Court of Judicature at Allahabad in many criminal & service matters (Criminal appeals, Revision, Writ & 482 Petitions) (Also conducted various cases of dismissal, removal & suspension matters of Govt. Servants)
